Muraco Night Out Fundraiser 2025
At Muraco, enrichment programs bring learning to life—through field trips, in-school workshops, cultural events, and hands-on experiences that expand the curriculum. These opportunities are made possible by you—our families and community. Funding for enrichment is not part of the school district budget.
This fall, there are several ways to support Muraco. We encourage every family to participate in a way that works for them. MESPA's goal is for at least 60% of Muraco families to support in some way.
Each action of support = 1 raffle ticket entry (1 month reserved parking at Muraco or $50 off after-school program)
Direct Donation - If you’d prefer a simple, direct way to give, you can donate any amount. 100% of your gift goes straight to student enrichment. Don’t forget to ask your company about corporate matching! Scroll down past tickets to make a donation.
Muraco Magic Night Out Fundraiser- Saturday, October 25th, 7-10pm Winchester Town Hall, Dueling Pianos by Howl 2 Go
Join us for an adults-only evening of live entertainment, fun, silent auction, and community connection. With multiple ticket tiers, there’s something for every budget!
Bring a friend! Muraco caregivers are encouraged to invite friends and we’re excited to welcome Muraco alumni and staff to join the fun too.
This year MESPA will spend ~$70 per student on enrichment opportunities.
After covering event expenses, this portion of your ticket directly supports student enrichment:
🎶 Backstage Pass - Covers cost to run the event, no additional funding to enrichment.
🧑🎤 Rockstar circle- funds $30 towards enrichment
🎹 Front-row Fan- funds $55 towards enrichment
🤘 Legend- funds $70 towards enrichment
Note: Zeffy will ask for a tip with your payment. This is completely optional and can be modified to any amount, including $0.
We can’t wait to welcome you to Muraco’s Fall Night Out Fundraiser! 🎹✨
It’s been years since our last adults-only event, and we’re pulling out all the stops for an evening that’s casual, fun, and full of community spirit. Below are answers to the most common questions so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
-
This is our first adults-only event in a long time, and it’s going to be a fun, casual evening! Expect great music, lively conversation, and plenty of chances to connect with other Muraco parents. Food will be heavy appetizers (not a sit-down dinner).
-
Two bar areas will serve beer, wine, seltzers, plus non-alcoholic options (soda, water). Drink tickets will be sold at the event, and depending on your ticket tier, you may already have one included.
-
You’re in for a treat! Howl 2 Go—the traveling version of the world-famous Howl at the Moon show (Boston has one!)—will bring two musicians for a high-energy, interactive performance. Song requests are encouraged via tips, and 100% of tips benefit MESPA. Don’t carry cash? You’ll be able to request and tip online, too. Check out this video to give you an idea of what to expect.

Seating is based on your ticket type:
Legend – Right up front near the pianos. Reserve a group table (up to 8) by listing your friends’ names on your ticket—everyone in your group must purchase Legend tickets.
Front-Row Fan – Guaranteed table seating behind the Legend section. First-come, first-served within this area, so you may not always sit with friends.
Rockstar Circle & Backstage Pass – Open seating throughout the auditorium (no reserved tables).
See seating map below FAQ

All items will be listed online, and bidding is open to everyone—even if you can’t attend the event. Every dollar raised directly supports enrichment for Muraco students. More details and the auction link will be shared in October.
-
Possibly! After checkout, you’ll receive an email from Muraco Elementary School Parents Association via Zeffy (subject: Thank you for your support!). Use the “Download Tax Receipt” button to get your deductible amount (ticket price minus fair market value). That’s the number most employers will match, but confirm with HR. Company matches make a big difference—thank you for asking!

This fall, our fundraising campaign is all about bringing the Muraco community together and giving families more options for supporting enrichment. Direct donation is always an option and any contribution is appreciated, but families can also choose to attend the Oct. 25th social event, buy drinks, or tip the piano players, or bid in the online auction. We encourage each family to join in however it feels right for them, in a way that fits their budget and preferences.
