Our Open House is this Thursday, October 8th from 5:15-6:15 pm.
When: Thursday, October 8th
Where: Muraco
Time: 5:15–6:15 PM (come any time during the one hour block of time!!!)
Who: Parents and their student(s)
(We encourage you to make arrangements for non-school-aged children.)
Parents are invited to visit their child’s classroom at any point during the one-hour window. A typical classroom visit lasts about 15–25 minutes, with students taking the lead as the stars of the show.
Please note:
This evening is designed for parents and their student(s) only. As much as we love seeing Muraco alumni, we kindly ask that they not attend this event and we encourage you to make arrangements for non-school-aged children.
Parents should remain with their child(ren) for the duration of their classroom visit. We do expect that our students and family members will abide by our school day expectations (i.e. walking in the hallways, indoor voices, treating materials appropriately, etc.)
Additional Notes
Parking will be limited: If possible, please walk to Muraco. Arriving later (between 5:45–6:15) may also help avoid crowds.
This is not a time for individual conferences. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for the week of October 19th.
Our specialists will be in their instructional spaces should you wish to visit.
Our reading team will also be available should you wish to stop by and see them.
Special Education and related service providers will be in classrooms and about the building.
